💡 About this Role

As an Exploitation Analyst supporting CNO Operations, you will analyze technical data, systems, and operational outputs to identify opportunities for capability development and mission advancement. You will work at the intersection of analysis and engineering — helping interpret system behavior, uncover vulnerabilities, and provide actionable insights that inform offensive cyber efforts.

This role emphasizes deep technical analysis, collaboration with developers and operators, and the ability to translate complex findings into operationally relevant outcomes. You may analyze network traffic, host-based artifacts, firmware, or application behavior to support mission objectives. Your work will directly influence how capabilities are developed, refined, and deployed.

Depending on experience level, you may serve as a technical lead for analytic efforts or help guide junior analysts in structured exploitation workflows.

Responsibilities will include:
  • Maintain an active TS/SCI with Polygraph. Candidates without a current clearance will not be considered.
  • Analyze network traffic, host data, or system artifacts to identify vulnerabilities and behavioral patterns
  • Conduct technical analysis to support development and refinement of CNO capabilities
  • Perform static and dynamic analysis of software, binaries, or firmware
  • Collaborate with developers to translate analytic findings into actionable technical requirements
  • Document findings clearly for operational and engineering audiences
  • Support validation and testing of developed capabilities
  • Develop repeatable analysis workflows and improve exploitation methodologies
  • Provide technical input during mission planning and post-operation assessments
  • Assist in troubleshooting operational capability performance issues
📋 Requirements
  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
  • Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, protocols, traffic analysis)
  • Experience analyzing system logs, network traffic, or host-based artifacts
  • Familiarity with Linux and/or Windows operating environments
  • Experience using analysis tools such as Wireshark, Ghidra, IDA Pro, or similar
  • Ability to interpret technical data and identify patterns or anomalies
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with engineers and operators
