💡 About this Role
We're looking for a highly motivated Front-End Developer to take a lead role in a new development initiative. You'll design and implement compelling user interfaces, integrate that functionality seamlessly with backend APIs and databases, and collaborate closely with domain experts to support the development of exercise scenarios. In this position, you'll lead efforts to create and enhance innovative scenario grading solutions that support our customer's critical training mission. You'll bring both technical depth and creative problem-solving to a role that directly impacts how our customers train and operate.
📋 Requirements
- 12 years of experience as a software engineer (or 4+ additional years of relevant experience in place of a B.S. degree)
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience as noted above)
- Strong experience with development frameworks
- Background in user interface design, development, and integration with backend APIs
- Strong experience with network design
- Full-stack development experience
- Experience with requirements gathering and system architecture planning
- Must be located in or willing to relocate to Ft. Meade, Maryland

- Experience with both Windows and Unix exploitation security
- Strong understanding of VSphere and virtual machines
- Experience with the CNO operational environment
- Development experience with Svelte, Typescript, Java, MongoDB, or Python

💰 Salary Range
$282,000 – $332,000
This range includes our flex income and depends upon your annual work hours.
Salary is determined on an individual basis following the interview process and considering various factors such as years of experience, skills, education, and certifications.
