💡 About this Role

You will support the Data Analytics Team (DAT), providing web design, development, and hosting support. You will provide expert-level graphics in support of content generation and hosting efforts. You will act as the point of contact for websites and graphic design, providing information on best practices and recommending the proper implementation for business solutions. You will interact professionally with senior leadership and interpret requirements to create graphics and websites.

Responsibilities will include:

• Maintain an active TS/SCI with Polygraph. Candidates without a current and active clearance will not be considered.
• Design, develop, configure, implement, deploy, and maintain web site deployments. 
• Implement JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and CSS to support business processes and related data.
• Understand and be able to manipulate web content and leverage content generation tools.
• Translate broad concepts into pointed graphics that represent written words in a visual manner; design and create graphics in support of organizational activities and initiatives.
• Propose business solution strategies and design approaches based on customer needs, processes, and technical feasibility.

📋 Requirements

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
• 5+ years’ experience in designing and implementing customer web-based solutions, using industry web platform technologies.
• 5+ years’ experience gathering customer requirements; leading customer process or requirements gathering sessions or technical exchanges.
• Demonstrated experience in User Interface and User Experience design using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, especially Adobe Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of web and content management architecture, and demonstrated experience.
• Experience with web security best practices.
• Experience with web design tools: JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).
• Ten (10) years with a Bachelor’s, - four (4) additional years without the degree or a Master's with five (5)

🌟 Preferred Skills

• Experience with web hosting/monitoring experience.
• Knowledge of serverless architectures (e.g., Lambda).
• Familiarity with network profiling and device fingerprinting.
• Experience with AI generated content and agentic coding.
• Experience with Nginx, WordPress, or other web content hosting solutions.
• Experience with Atlassian Suite (Confluence, Jira).

💰 Salary Range

We estimate you'll earn between $150,000 and $200,000 annually, including our flex income, depending upon your annual work hours.

Salary is determined on an individual basis following the interview process and considering various factors such as years of experience, skills, education, and certifications.
