💡 About this Role

You'll support a high-priority mission-focused team, working in a highly collaborative capacity across multiple product teams to design and implement mission-critical systems. As part of a small engineering team, you'll establish end-to-end prototypes, develop requirements, and contribute to both existing and new systems that improve infrastructure cognizance and deliver immediate operational impact.

In this role, you will:

Understand our customers' mission, collaborate with team members, gather user requirements, and rapidly develop solutions that matter
Independently drive feature development, taking ownership of the entire development lifecycle from conception through deployment
Integrate with and contribute to a diverse set of teams, systems, and technology stacks
Design and create reliable, intuitive user interfaces and workflows
Develop cutting-edge solutions for data visualizations, task automation, and workflow enhancements
Work directly with mission stakeholders to quickly iterate on requirements and deliver deployable solutions with necessary scripting support

📋 Requirements

8 years of experience as a software engineer, or a B.S. in a technical discipline plus 4 additional years of professional experience
Demonstrated technology flexibility across the full stack: UI/UX, middleware/API, back-end, and DevOps
Proven willingness to use any necessary technology to achieve the solution
Experience developing with at least one UI framework (React, Vue, or Angular)
Strong experience writing scripts and services in Python
RESTful web application development experience using both Spring Boot and Python
Familiarity with relational databases (Postgres, SQLite, or similar)
Familiarity with GitLab and CI/CD practices
Must be able to obtain and maintain an active TS//SCI clearance with polygraph
Located in or willing to relocate to Ft. Meade, Maryland

🌟 Preferred Skills

Prior CNO (Computer Network Operations) experience
Knowledge of end-to-end SIGINT collection and analysis systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

💰 Salary Range

$230,000 – $271,000

This range includes our flex income and depends upon your annual work hours.

Salary is determined on an individual basis following the interview process and considering various factors such as years of experience, skills, education, and certifications.
